Title: Campbell Soup - Little Salmon Loaves with Mus

Yield: 4 Servings

2	cn	Salmon -- drained & flaked
1	cn	Cream of mushroom soup
1		Egg -- slightly beaten
1/2	c	Finely chopped onion
1/4	c	Fine dry bread crumbs
2	ts	Prepared horseradish
1/2	ts	Prepared mustard
1/4	c	Sour cream
2	tb	Water
1/4	c	Chopped tomatoes
2	ts	Chopped chives

In bowl, combine salmon, 1/4 cup soup, egg, onion, crumbs, horseradish and mustard; mix well. Pack into well-buttered individual molds or custard cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, unmold. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, heat, stir occasionally, serve over salmon. Submitted By JANE KNOX On 09-11-94
